Cancellation Policy
I understand that life happens and things come up! To provide the best service for all of my clients, please review my policies below:
1. Deposit Policy:
A deposit is required to secure your appointment (if a card is not already on file).
If you cancel or reschedule, for any future appointments you will need your card on file if you didn’t already
If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be retained. If no deposit was given but a card is on file, a $10 fee will be added to your next appointment.
• If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, or no-show, a 50% fee will be charged to your card in addition to retaining your deposit (if one was given).
• If there is no card on file, I will kindly ask that the payment be sent directly. If payment is not received and you schedule another appointment, the fee will be added to your next appointment total.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled. In this case, 50% of the service fee will be charged. If no card is on file, I will request payment directly; if not sent, the fee will be added to your next appointment.
⚠️ Repeated Cancellations or Late Arrivals
If cancellations, reschedules within 24 hours, no-shows, or late arrivals happen more than 3 times, I will no longer be able to schedule future appointments. This ensures fairness and availability for all clients.
